ARTEC IT Solutions Transfers EMEA Support to Focus Partner

Karben, 31.01.2024 - ARTEC IT Solutions, a leading manufacturer of innovative data management and data security solutions, has transferred the support of its products for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa to long-term focus partner Systrade, as part of a strategic partnership.

The aim of the new support structure is to further enhance the assistance provided to customers and trade partners. The simultaneous introduction of a new ticket system will enable customers to comfortably and transparently track and manage their enquiries. This is also intended to further reduce response times to support requests. The transition to the new support system commences on 1st February 2024. Support for all ARTEC solutions will continue to be accessible via the same contact numbers and details as before.

Systrade, a managed services provider based in Frankfurt, is a long-standing partner of ARTEC, specialising in bespoke IT services such as professional services, maintenance services, cloud services, infrastructure services, and security services with SOC. Systrade's support staff, continually trained by ARTEC, are intimately familiar with the products, enabling them to offer their customers expert, quick and direct assistance.
