EMA by ARTEC IT Solutions Once Again Receives SAP NetWeaver Certification
Enabling Digitisation Projects with Integrated SAP ArchiveLink Interface
Karben, 30th November 2021 – ARTEC IT Solutions announces that its data management and data security solution, EMA, has once again been successfully certified for integration with SAP NetWeaver. This integration allows users of EMA and SAP systems to establish an optimal foundation for efficient data management, including legally compliant storage. This feature is particularly relevant in the construction of modern cloud environments. Existing SAP ArchiveLink repositories can be migrated during ongoing operations and can be replaced particularly easily.
EMA encompasses a broad array of applications within the SAP environment as a comprehensive solution, covering aspects like data management, metadata synchronisation, real-time data migration, and both paper and digital document capture via scan/OCR recognition, complete with automatic assignment. As EMA boasts a holistic design, it facilitates the incorporation of SAP data, diverse other sources, and unstructured data, which includes email, voice recordings, scanned documents, or file server data, thus enabling the establishment of a centralised system with uniform data management. A distinct security scheme also safeguards data within a "data vault" from cyberattacks.
