The ARTEC Cloud Connector for Microsoft 365 is now available in a new version, empowering administrators and IT managers to effortlessly monitor their system and scale it flexibly.
Quick Insight into Current System Status
The enhanced Cloud Connector features a new web interface that provides an instant overview of the current system status using three clearly defined, colour-coded icons. In addition to the quick overview, the new Cloud Connector also allows for more comprehensive information to be displayed. For example, the last data retrieval by EMA or the last delivery of new data by Exchange Online can be viewed, enabling detailed checks on whether archiving is running smoothly or if any complications are occurring. Thanks to a new monitoring function, EMA's status data can also be directly integrated into existing monitoring and reporting systems, ensuring continuous system monitoring and quick responses to potential issues.
Increased Archive Security with New Journal Firewall
The newly integrated Journal Firewall provides additional protection for the ARTEC Cloud Connector's endpoint addresses, ensuring that only legitimate data from Microsoft 365 servers is accepted. To meet the needs of businesses of various sizes and to flexibly accommodate growth, storage quotas can be precisely scaled. All data transfers are end-to-end encrypted, for example, from Exchange Online to the Cloud Connector or from the Cloud Connector to EMA, ensuring that data cannot be intercepted or viewed during transmission.
