Sales/Back Office Team Assistant

Your Responsibilities

  • Helping us process orders from our local and global customers
  • Processing incoming purchases, entering orders, scheduling appointments, and creating invoices
  • Helping different departments stay productive by making sure that they receive the information they need
  • Updating sales documents
  • Maintaining customer data in our CRM system
  • Answering incoming calls at our switchboard and performing miscellaneous administrative tasks
  • Preparing and coordinating meetings

Your Profile

You have successfully completed a vocational traineeships in a relevant area, and already have some experience with order processing, sales assistance, and/or office management. You are fluent in German and have good English language skills, can project confidence when talking on the telephone, and can use MS Office well. Experience with a CRM system would be a plus. You are highly reliable, work in a structured and solution-oriented manner, and have a high level of motivation. You have a friendly and confident personality, and readily display team spirit.
