Karben, May 21, 2015 – ARTEC IT Solutions, provider of solutions for big data, eDiscovery, digital information management, and long-term archiving, is expanding its long-term, strategic partnership with Protea Networks. Both companies market security solutions developed in Germany and provide customers interesting alternatives in the face of numerous current data scandals. By intensifying the cooperation in the areas of sales, support, and marketing, the objective is to further increase their combined market share.

Protea Networks (http://www.proteanetworks.de), a German IT service provider specializing in IT security, has been distributing ARTEC solutions since 2010. Initially the focus was placed on legally compliant, comprehensive, and integrated archiving of e-mails, documents, and files with the EMA® solution at the center of cooperation.

The availability of all relevant information in the context of modern digital information management has since become increasingly important, especially considering the ever-greater quantities of data that many businesses and organizations are facing today.
