9/6/2011: ARTEC IT Solutions Expands
Karben, September 1, 2011 - ARTEC IT Solutions, a specialist for digital information management and archiving solutions, has opened a subsidiary in the United States. In corporation with several local partners, the U.S. market is now being served from Atlanta, GA. Together with its headquarters in Karben, near Frankfurt am Main, Germany, and a branch office in South Korea for the Asia-Pacific region, the company now has three offices worldwide. Further branch offices in other locations are in the planning phase.
ARTEC already has a number of reference customers in the United States. They use the EMA® archiving platform for long-term, legally compliant, and tamper-proof storage of e-mail communication and other business information. The new branch office serves to further intensify activities in this market segment.

"We have already been manufacturing EMA appliances directly in the United States since 2010. This allowed us to improve the availability, optimize logistics, and significantly reduce our delivery times. In addition, we can customize our product portfolio to the target market very quickly, and integrate special features that cater to the requirements of our U.S. customers."
