Karben near Frankfurt am Main/Germany, May 7, 2009. ARTEC’s appliance EMA® is highly suitable for the lawful archiving of e-mails an independent study concludes. Furthermore, the study stresses that the appliance is better than today’s average practice in terms of its applied data protection and security measures. The current preservation liabilities can be met, and the data archived with EMA has strong conclusiveness in a court of law, the study says.
