5/22/2014: eDiscovery Technical Conference in South Korea: ARTEC at the Second Annual eDiscovery and Records Management Forum in Seoul
For a growing number of companies around the world, eDiscovery is turning into an important topic that can no longer be ignored. In April, ARTEC's branch office in Korea took the opportunity to display solutions at the Second Annual eDiscovery and Records Management Forum in Seoul. Focus was placed on ARTEC's eDiscovery service, VSTOR® as a solution for big data, ARTEC's cloud offerings, as well as the EMA Enterprise Managed Archive®. A talk held by ARTEC was also very well received by many visitors, and was just as successful as the main event itself.
The Second Annual eDiscovery and Records Management Forum addressed issues regarding national and international legal investigations and litigation matters, as well as the continuously evolving requirements for eDiscovery. Using best-practice examples based on recent cyber-attack and data breach incidents, visitors were able to gain key knowledge about how to effectively meet the increasing requirements of risk mitigation and crisis management.
The aim of the conference was to bring together people with front-line experience, pioneers, and providers of technology for corporate and government data management/eDiscovery initiatives. The goal was to discuss current trends, developments, and best practices for eDiscovery and information governance.
With the participation of its Korean branch office at this event, ARTEC is continuing to pursue a trade fair and event strategy consisting of local and global appearances.
