Despite the current difficult situation, the ARTEC team is taking every possible effort to keep the contact with all of our customers without noticeable limitation. We are mainly working from home office and keep our ongoing online meetings available. As usual, you can contact us via e-mail and telephone. Also our support team is well prepared and available for any information you may need for ARTEC products.

All upcoming Professional Service appointments are carried out via remote if possible. If not possible, the rescheduling on site is available. As usual your EMA® solution will keep working reliable regardless if it is on site or in the ARTEC Trusted Cloud and we will keep your data secure. The ARTEC Cloud solutions are independent of any other Cloud products which might be affected by unstable performance.
