Three clearly defined icons indicate the system status at a glance: colored icons indicate “all systems go,” while gray icons indicate a potential problem. 2. Comprehensive Status Displays: In addition to a visual display, the connector also provides comprehensive information on the system status. This includes information on the last delivery of new data by Exchange Online and the last data query by EMA. The query status shows whether archiving is working optimally or if there are any disruptions.
3. Scalable Storage Quota: The new connector is flexible and scalable to meet the needs of organizations of all sizes.
4. Enhanced Security with the Journal Firewall: The new Journal Firewall provides additional protection for the ARTEC Cloud Connector for Microsoft 365 endpoint addresses. It ensures that only legitimate data from Microsoft 365 servers is accepted, increasing the security of the archive.
5. Integrated Monitoring Function: A special monitoring URL can be used to output the most important status data in text form and integrate it into existing monitoring systems. This enables continuous system monitoring and quick response to potential issues.
6. Multilingual Support: The ARTEC Cloud Connector for Microsoft 365 is available to our customers worldwide in nine languages (English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Russian, Korean, and Japanese).
