Facilitating Digitization Projects with Integrated SAP ArchiveLink Interface

Karben, November 30, 2021 – ARTEC IT Solutions announces that its data management and data security solution, EMA, has once again been successfully certified for integration with SAP NetWeaver. This integration allows users of EMA and SAP systems to establish an optimal foundation for efficient data management, up to and including legally compliant storage. This aspect is particularly relevant in the design of modern cloud environments. Existing SAP ArchiveLink repositories can be migrated during ongoing operations and can be replaced particularly easily.

EMA covers a wide range of applications in the SAP environment as a central solution. This includes areas such as data management, metadata synchronization, live migration of existing data, and the capture of both paper-based and digital documents via scan/OCR recognition, including fully automatic assignment. Since EMA is designed holistically, it allows the integration of SAP data and various other sources as well as unstructured data. This includes email, voice recordings, scanned documents, or file server data, enabling the creation of a central system with uniform data management. A special security concept also protects data like in a "data vault" against cyber attacks.
